King of the Rats
Built them a city
They dressed him golden garb, velvet, fine things, and a scepter,
Though he preferred overalls and a hammer.

I used a bunch of photos for textures, Maya paint effects for some of the foliage, and painted the rest.

I haven't done a full color illustration in a while since t-shirt design has been my bread and butter lately. New direction is creating stock vector. Here's some freebie wings if anyone wants them.
